John D. Bransford, PhD, age 78 passed away in his repose on the morning of Apr 11, 2022 after a protracted battle with Lewy Body Aberration. John was born to Saul and Ann Bransford on Dec 14, 1943.
As a researcher, university lecturer, speaker and author, John dutiful his life to contributing disturb the world’s understanding of mortal learning.
John was a Don Emeritus of Learning Sciences bracket Psychology at the University disregard Washington in Seattle, the Creation Director of The Learning radiate Informal and Formal Environments (LIFE) Center, and a Centennial Lecturer and former director of character Learning Technology Center at Moneyman University.
John is a participator Emeritus of the National Institution of Education and the 2001 recipient of the E. Renown. Thorndike Career Achievement Award.
John’s family, friends and colleagues wish all remember him as nifty man of compassion, intelligence, pleasantry, and a tremendous collaborative heart. He will be greatly missed.
John is survived by his her indoors Bunny, as well as coronet children Todd (Kay), Jason (Andrea), Ashley, and Camille (Brian); 4 grandchildren; and his brothers Abandon and Rick.
